Registration deadline:
January 22, 2010 Support is available for activities designed to improve technical, programmatic, and managerial practices in the folk arts. Requests may include promotional materials and services for folk artists, technical assistance, professional development workshops, and training in documentation, archiving, and public programs. Priority is given to services for individual folk artists and activities of regional or statewide impact and significance. Application Instructions The on-line application form
includes the following
questions, and a project budget. Required support materials are listed
below. New or returning applicants are
expected to consult with Program staff well in advance of the

Marketing Support Materials Support materials must be postmarked or hand-delivered to the Program by the application deadline. If you want support materials returned, provide a self-addressed stamped envelope. 1. Resumés of key project personnel.2. For requests for promotional materials, sample of graphic designer's or web designer’s work and an outline of the content of the materials. 3. For technical assistance programs, application forms and materials used to promote this program. |
Applicant organizations are limited to one grant request to the Folk Arts Program, with the exception of the Folk Arts Apprenticeships category. |
