Bright Hill Center and
Press/ New York State Littree Publishes and maintains a literary website including the literary map of New York State and information about literary activity and schedules statewide. Council of Literary
Magazines and Presses Provides assistance to nonprofit literary magazines and small presses in the form of workshops, roundtable meetings, travel funds, and mentorships on topics such as distribution, fundraising, publicity and marketing through its New York State Technical Assistance Program, funded by NYSCA. Distribution to
Underserved Communities (DUCS)/ Libraries of all sizes and publishers wishing to receive or donate remaindered books and periodicals to community and institutionalized audiences in NYS can work with DUCS distribution service. Literary Presenters Technical Assistance Program (LitTAP) The Literature Program offers a technical assistance
program for New York State nonprofit literary presenters at all budget
levels. The project features an extensive technical
assistance website, consultancies, and convenings of the literary field.
PEN American Center Monitors worldwide freedom of expression issues and publishes "Grants and Awards Available to American Writers". Poets & Writers Poets & Writers offers information services to individual writers . Through a NYSCA regrant program, Poets and Writers provides matching funds to non-profit organizations in support of writers' fees for public literary readings and workshops in all counties of New York State. |
